1 BOOKING
1.1 The booking of one or more UnlockMI rooms can be done in one of these methods:
- online on the www.unlockmi.it website
- by sending an email to the info@unlockmi.it email address
- by phone calling the +39 02/36633116
- by Whatsapp app.
1.2 In the case of an online booking it is mandatory that you fill in the booking form in all of its parts. You must also choose the preferred payment method.
1.3 In the case of a booking by phone or by mail it is mandatory to give these informations:
- The name of the chosen room
- Date and hour of the booking
- Name and surname
- Address
- Telephone number
- Billing data (if any)
1.4 The booking can be canceled if you don’t give us a correct e-mail/telephone number. You can be contacted in any moment to confirm your presence.
1.5 The booking of a room can be calceled with a 24hrs notice, by email. The canceled booking before the 24hrs notice, if already fully paid up, will give you back money net of costs of collection and redemption. We won’t refund a booking if the notice will be less than 24hrs.
1.6 Anyone who make a reservation and do not show up without notifying UnlockMI (no-show) will be charged a penalty fee of €60
2. GAME PROGRESS
2.1 The game progress will take place in one or more themed room. The maximum duration is of 60 minutes. During this time the players will be engaged by resolving puzzles and quizzes of many types. Players must aim to escape from the room within the time limit.
2.2 You must turn up 10 minutes before your booking time. Any delay of more than 10 minutes can preclude the admission in the game room or the entire game itself. In that case there won’t be provided refunds.
2.3 Participants must be at least 14 years old or must be accompanied by an adult that will be responsible of the kid. We encourage you to check the room’s descriptions to seek the best for your kids.
2.4 The maximum number of players it’s provided in the room description and at the time of the booking. In the case of exceptions you must contact us to have a deal.
2.5 We won’t admit to the game persons in an altered state (alcohol, drugs… etc.). Their use it’s striclty forbidden within any of our room(s). If our staff will detect one or more player violating this rule he/she can prevent your admission to the room or stop the game you are in and pull out that player.
2.6 Is is strictly forbidden to smoke in any UnlockMI room.
2.7 Persons with an handicap can play in some of our rooms but must be accompanied to play all the game phases. At the time of the booking you are encouraged to warn us of the presence of a person with handicap.
2.8 It is strictly forbidden the use of phones or other technological device. You can’t record, take photos or get a phoe call in the rooms. If our staff will detect a violation of this rule he/she can stop your game and pull out of the room the players without conceding any full or partial refund.
3. SECURITY
3.1 In every room there will be stickers that will indicate objects that you should not touch. Every object with that sticker are not part of the game.
3.2 In every room there will be an emergency light. In the hallways there will be indicators for emergency exits.
3.3 In case of emergency every room is provided with a button that automatically opens the exit door. An improper use of that button will end your game.
3.4 Every UnlockMI room and shared space is video surveilled, therefore every player accepts to be recorded by a videocamera and followed by our staff.
3.5 If you don’t respect the rules above we can terminate your game. Our staff have the right to end your game and pull the players out of the room. In this case there won’t be any refund.
3.6 UnlockMI is not responsible in the case of any damage to things or persons caused by players.
3.7 Every player is responsible for any damage he causes to things or persons.
3.8 Any problem not here specified will be resolved by following the italian Civil Code.
3.9 The players must not obstruct, interfere with players of other groups, or to disturb the course of business.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS
4.1 All prices in the website are in Euro and comprehensive of VAT.
4.2 Payment can be done by the one of the methods descripted in the following paragraphs. Some of the payment methods can be not available. If one of these methods can’t be used for a booking, it won’t be selectable in the online booking form. Payments must be done before starting the game.
4.3 PayPal payment.
4.3.1 If you choose PayPal as a payment method you will be redirected to the www.Paypal.it website where you will execute the payment based on the methods provided by PayPal itself and by its terms and conditions. The data you will insert on the PayPal website will be treated only by PayPal and will not be transmitted or shared with UnlockMI; UnlockMI is not able to know or save your credit card data (or any other payment method) you have connected to PayPal.
4.3.2 In the case of a payment by PayPal the amount to pay will be billed by PayPal at the time of the booking. In the case of a refund the money will be refunded on the account used for the booking. The times for a refund depends only by Paypal and the bank systems connected to PayPal and used by the buyer. Once placed the credit orders in favor of such an account, UnlockMI can not be held liable for any delay or failure in crediting the user of the refund amount, to challenge which the user will have to apply directly to PayPal.
4.4 Payment at UnlockMI.
4.4.1 The payment can be done by cash at the time of the arrival at UnlockMI
5. PROMOTIONAL CODES AND REFUNDS
5.1 Promotional codes can be found on flyers, online advertising, on the site or on any advertising method chosen by UnlockMI. Promotional codes can be used only by making the online booking by entering the code in the space provided.
5.2 Any promotional codes / discounts in your possession must be communicated at the time of booking in order to verify their validity or manage disputes. Otherwise the customer will be required to pay in full.
